Revive and Quares Residential Investment Join Forces at Schaarbeek Station
Quares Residential Investment has joined the capital of Immomench through a phased acquisition of shares in Immomench from developer Revive.
Quares Residential Investment (hereafter: QRI) and Revive jointly announce today that QRI has acquired a stake in Immomench, a company owned by the Good Life Development Fund and Good Life Investment Fund. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in the development of an innovative residential real estate project aligned with QRI’s investment strategy: a fossil-free product contributing to a future-proof real estate portfolio.
The Immomench project involves the construction of a sustainable residential building within walking distance of Schaarbeek station. Specifically designed by Revive for the rental market, the project features three buildings offering a diverse range of living options, including smaller and larger apartments as well as duplexes, each with a private terrace. Some units will be designated for co-living. At the heart of the complex is an expansive, green courtyard of 2,500 sqm, designed as a meeting place and oasis of tranquility for residents. Scheduled for completion in 2026, this project underscores the shared vision of Quares Residential Investment and Revive: creating sustainable and high-quality living solutions that address today’s and tomorrow’s needs.

Upon completion of the building, Quares Residential Investment will acquire the remaining shares in Immomench from Revive, adding the property to its residential portfolio. This agreement reflects both companies’ shared ambition to create sustainable value in the residential real estate sector.
